Undoubtedly such sorcery is possible. There will always be 3 phenoypes in the stock, but the staying of the Sanguin (red haired) and Fionna (blonde haired) phenotypes is a point of interests. Particularly to my mind, personally. Phenotype is very relevant.
NOTE: The military is probably 500 years ahead of mainstream bio-medical sciences .. or more.
